log files for portal 7

Can any one get me the log files for it? It keeps on popping up with "settup fatal error: Unable to generate installation log file."

I just want to know where does Neomallers stores the data like the shop sales, etc. I just want to know in case I ever want to be on another computer, I can just copy the files and restock (which is what I really need right now to cut my restocking time)

When I logged in neomallers I forgot something. I'm not sure if it's the pass or username is correct or wrong... I hope Neomallers (Dmitri) won't disable this account in his website/database. Please dmitri don't ban me from ur site 'cause i have to sign up over and over again...

Help Please Really upset should I self freeze.

:( I play the new game and it froze I had to reboot my computer. When I got back to neopet I was logged out. I forgot my pw so I sent a request for it like 10 time I never recieved it. I don't know if someone stole my account or what. The e-mail address is correct. Should I self freeze? Or what. I work so hard and would hate to start over again. any ideas? Thanks

Neomallers Portal Bug-

I've been encountering a bug with the NeoMallers portal V 7.2.0 which was just installed recently. I have Windows Vista English 32-bit Edition. The problem is that whenever I open the Portal, the two Windows Installer windows pop up as seen on the screenie provided. They mention the installation package NeoMallers Portal.msi being on an unavailable network resource. After that I can click cancel and the rest of the portal load and is working naturally, however this is still an inconvenience every time I open the portal and I would like to find out if there is a way of fixing the problem.

Using Netscape to post Sales History

I only have Netscape and I can't copy and paste my sales history if anyone knows a way around it I would apprecaite it (I tried typing the data in the box and it woudn't let me dot hat also).

Click out of stock, makes negative and dissapears

Ok so I have this issue where its like its so sensitive that ill click in my out of stock and the item will go to -1 and dissapear then I have to go and find it and make it 0 again and then go back to out of stock and then it happens OVER AND OVER and takes FOREVER. Is there something I can do to turn off that, i dont even know why it has to turn to a negative number upon sensitive clicking...

Top Shops

If you go to the top shops, some names aren't showing. Is there a reason for this or is this a glitch? I'm guessing there's an option where you can have your name not show up?
