price resetting in item database

When i enter a new price of a couple of items in the item database (buy at & sell at) and start the program the next time, some of the items' prices have changed into something completely else :s
leaving me with bad graphs and false profit calculation etc ofcourse...
anyone had this problem too?

2025-09-21 - Sales History Date Issues

Hello everyone! The recent update on neopets that causes the sales history to sort by price instead of dates have caused issues with the our sales history tracker. This has now been addressed but I've left the diagnostic logs on so you can verify the calculations yourself to make sure it's working correctly. If there are issues, please let us know!

Counter Daily Total Not Working

Hello! Have checked the Top Shops and couldn't see anyone else with this problem so I wanted to check in on if there's a fix for my error? As of earlier this week my counter shows that I have between 5-10 "Today" visitors while "viewing" is usually at 3-4 which is normal for me. The daily total never updates properly though I sell hundreds of items a day to different usernames - any idea what could be causing this?

Hey everyone! I use to use a program here to keep track of what I sold. It was particularly useful for keeping track of items <1k NP as the Neopets Sales History did not account for those items. I took several years off as hiatus and have been addicted to keeping a shop up again.
I went to download "Portal x2" for Sales History but I am not allowed and received this message: "ErrorYou must have a valid active profile before you can access this page. Please visit management."
What can I do to remedy this? How do I visit management? Thanks everyone!! :-)

Returning to malling

So I havent really used my shop for ages but when I try past my shopfront into the sync shop front it gets all messed up. It puts item descriptions as the item names how many i have in stock as the sales price and the item name as the instock value how do i fix this?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I know that the counter counts you when you first visit whatever page you have it on. My question is if it only counts it once? Or does it have a timer that resets after a few hours and counts your visit again?
