cant reinstall portal :(

I upgraded to window 7 and want to reinstall portal. but I keep getting the following message and I have no idea how to solve this:
The specified directory:
C:\Neomallers\
is in the Setup source files directory. Please type a different directory.
I have checked my C:\
actually no file is named neomallers
I tried on 3 different computers(2 of them never installed portal before), but I still get this message.
confused :(

Submit Shop Front is Not Tracking Inventory Properly

A few days ago I had to do a system restore and afterward my portal was working just fine. The following day, I finished restocking for the night and left my portal up. The next morning I noticed that my portal had crashed and when I opened it, things seemed just fine; however, after pasting my shop front I noticed that the amount of NP in stock was much lower than what was actually there.

Hmmm when I view Top Shops for both "Show All" and "Your Mall", I don't see my shop listed there anymore. I haven't changed my settings or anything recently, so I was just wondering what's up with that. o_0 Thanks in advance, dmitri!

Shop Counter, not adding to total?

I've had a shop counter on my layout for a while now, (3days), but i've recently noticed that It isn't adding to the total of people that've vistited?
I've been on viwing my shop, and it has said '7 people veiwing' yet it hasnt added to the total?
I understand that it might update/refresh the statistics once every day [at a certian time], but like i said, I've had it more than 3 days now? Many thankkks.

Hello anyone and everyone who might be able to help. My daughter can't remember her Neomallers password, and the email that her account is linked to is no longer valid. Does anyone have any ideas on how she might gain access to her account? If not, how can she create a new account and still use a shop counter?
