Portal Download

So i've tried downloading the portal service 2 times and each time it said that the service is temporarily unavailable...but its the same thing it said when i tried to download it 2 years ago lol. It says that it supports firefox. Am i doing something wrong? I am using a Dell Inspiron E1505, bought it in 2007. Using Windows Vista. Plenty of memory left on it. And its not that my computer would be too slow for it since i have AutoCAD 2010 on it.

Portal 10 Problem

I am not sure this question has been asked or not. What the problem I am having now is I keep receiving this warning for many items in the DB. e.g : The item Eyrie Sleeping Cap appears to be corrupted. Mismatch between index and data. UpdateItem Error! The update sequence for item [Eyrie Sleeping Cap] was halted because of a mismatch between the item name in the index and the item name being processed in the database. Ex. Portal tried to write [Eyrie Sleeping Cap]'s data for []. You should restart portal and if this problem persists, please create a help thread on neomallers.

Mall banner links not working

I am sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place, and I'm sure it has already been answered. PLease direct me to the fix if you don't mind.
Our banner links are sending shoppers back to the Neopets Index Page instead of our shops. the address bar still contains the name of the shop that should have been linked. HELP!

Portal Transfer Help

Hello neomallers :D
I just came back from a mini hiatus... and I had a computer software reload to Windows 7. After downloading neomallers portal again, opening it.... bleh. All the visual propeties are out of proportion and it's really hard to manage.
I'll upload a screenshot.
Any suggestions? (Current Windows 7 resolution is 1400 x 1050)

Main Links not working

Yesterday, everything was fine. Now today, the top bar doesnt have links on it anymore and on the homepage, the links for going anywhere wont work (boards, counter service buttons, etc).... what am i doing wrong? lol.

Old version question

Hi, I recently killed my laptop and am temporarily playing on an old desktop. For some reason I can't install the latest version of the portal (I have XP service pack 3) but I do have a working version 4.2 of the portal on here.
My question is whether I am wasting my time re-creating my database in 4.2 - will I be able to transfer the data when I get my laptop back? I killed the hard drive, so I'm going to have to start from scratch anyway. Thanks.
