Shop counter Q's

How do you change the color of your shop counter? What colors are available? If I do change the color will it reset the data it has collected?

Cant access neomaller.com in chrome

everything was fine until yesterday now every time i try to access neomallers.com in chrome i get this

also my banner and counter are not showing in my lookup and shop but every thing works fine in firefox. Anyone else having this problem?

Portal UI Glitch

I have tried re-installing and it hasn't fixed it.

Problem with my portal

Windows 7 64-bit using Safari 5.0.4 and IE9. can't explain this. I've downloaded through both browsers and have cleared the portal from my comp and re-downloaded but it always happens.

Its been awhile since I've been on and I have forgotten my password. I thought I knew the email that my account was connected but apparently I was wrong. Is there anyway to change/get my password without my email address or a way to find out what email address my account is connected to?

'User Not Found' Error?

I've just tried re-adding my counter to my shop after having it out for a long while after stopping malling, but it only shows 'User Not Found.'
Don't know why this is, as I'm copying it directly from here. It's not too important atm, as I'm not in a mall or really even stocking, but I do want to start malling again and it'll be an important feature for me when I do.
Anyone happen to know what might be causing this?

So what do i do?
I uninstalled, created a new profile. Then exited out, and the new profile worked. Then I added a few items in, quit out again, and I get the message again.
Ideas?
