I have copied and pasted my mall banner successfully, buy when i click to search the shop for specific items ie books it says there must not be a shop....please help

Hi, I've been searching around the site and the portal itself, but nothing came up for my about this. I'm wondering if it's possible to blacklist items not part of my mall that are in my shop. These end up being the primary warnings in my logs, and I want to avoid this each time I submit my stock.

HELP: Runtime Error 6

Hiya, I try to open neomallers portal and it goes to optimizing incrents or w/e and then it gives me a "runtime error 6" message and I can't open it.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Help?
P.S. I just bought the laptop, maybe that is an issue?

I got a new laptop today and it has Norton Anti-Virus. I want to install the neomallers portal but it is telling me a threat as very few users use it. What can I do?

I've tried both the BETA and the Core releases... neither work.
Specs:
Win 7x64
8GB DDR3 @1066
AMD Phenom x4 @3.2
ect ect
The error pops up as soon as I enter my first Profile and click on the accept terms / conditions button. Same exact situation as [url=http://www.neomallers.com/node/657]this post (never answered)[/url]... but I didn't want to introduce myself with necrophilia.
I can provide screenies if necessary, but I've been pretty thorough with replicating the error message.

Counter question

I'm sorry if this has already been answered - went back through the last six months of questions and didn't see it addressed. Also dually sorry if it's a n00b question!
My shop counter, when you look at my shop front, doesn't appear to be tracking any hits. When I look at the back end info here on my counter page, it's definitely tracking visits.
Does this mean my code is wrong? I also noticed if I try to change the color of my counter, it doesn't change, but I'm guessing that's due to the new updated version?

This is so weird, my account was hacked today and is now iced. I have no script and encrupted keystrokes on my laptop but had logged onto another computer to print some info while doing the plot so assumed this was how my details were compromised. However my gmail account has also been accessed at around the same time and i had only used it on the laptop, my daughter has checked the laptop and no malware/viruses were found.

Good Day:) Hoping that a site monitor will read this and be able to help out.
The person who started our mall listing has taken a hiatus from neopets. We are unable to change our mall group listing as she was the primary. Could we change this over to my name so that I can manage the list? The mall lines is TML. If we would make me the primary that would be great. Thanks ~Jean~
