Shop Front Feature not working for me

cleared That is exactly what I copied/pasted. I only copied what was between the two grey lines, and when I try to enter it in the Shop Front tool, it gives me a 'Type Mismatch Error'. I successfully used the Portal in the past, but its been quite some time. I'm using FF as my browser and I have Windows Vista...I'm hoping none of the Add-ons I have is preventing me from copying/pasting correctly...I previewed this message before posting and realize that its posting the images o_0. Not sure what to do about that....

Sales # - Reset

I'd like to reset my sales counts in the neomallers portal, without losing other data if possible. Reason being that my stats, best selling item rankings and all of that are now a year old, and I'd like fresh stats for whats selling this year. Is there a way to do this without breaking everything (Not very tech-savvy, please use small words :) )

Numbers not showing up on counter?

The numbers for "Today" haven't been showing up on my counter for a while now. I thought it would be fixed by now or something, but I guess not... I've noticed this with a few other people's counters, while most others work just fine and all of the numbers show up. Click my shop link below and look for my counter to see what I mean.
