Out of stock Problems

Hi,
In my Out of Stock section, it says that my [b]Neopian Encyclopedia A-E[/b] is out of stock, but I've got one in my shop at the moment, and have updated my shop front. Whats happening?

ok i dont know what im doing wrong... im TERRIBLE using a computer and i think i need help :P i get to the part where it says install and i click that and it tells me that i dont have a file or something for the thing to go or something like that...

Help with Shop Counter

I have looked at all previous questions and have not found anything in regards to this matter so sorry in advance if I missed anything.
I have no problems with putting the code into my shop but when I look at the shop front it has a bit of the code written there. The code I am putting into the shop is
and on the shop front there is the extra - ' : /browseshop.phtml?owner=cat4john&banner - next to the counter.

Attempting to add my information to the Looking for Mall section.

I have attempted to add my information several times. This is what I put in:
Size 216 UN Hibikitour
I stock Air and Fire faerie quest items. I also stock wearables.
That is the information exactly as I entered it but it keeps saying I am using invalid characters. So after repeated attempts I still don't show up.

Hi there
I installed the latest version of the portal yesterday which worked fine
Opened and closed it with any problems
Now when I try to open it up it comes up with this error

Changing Neopet User ID

I am started a new account while I wait for mine to unfreeze. I changed my neopet user ID on my account but and when I put the counter in my store is shows as user not found.
? Is there another area that I need to update?

So, I've uploaded my shop front to my portal, and all of the items were updated to my database. The problem is, I don't remember how much I paid for what items, so is there some way for me to get their average selling price (from the Main Neopian Shops) from somewhere?

Putting my shop link into my NeoMallers signature

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place. I've spent about 15 minutes debating on where to post... :P
So yes, just need someone to let me know where I'm going wrong when trying to put my shop link into my signature. I've tried just putting the URL in there, and I've tried the usual 'a href method' also.
I know it's going to be a real d'oh moment once someone let's me know, but if I look at it myself anymore, I'll be running the risk of putting my laptop through the window.

mall hits not changing

would any one know why my mall hits arent climbing. i know of 3 sales made by 3 different neofriends in the last 1/2 hr and yet my stats are still sitting at 3
