Bad install

Hi,
I've been trying to install the sales tracker but something weird happens.
I download the file (yes, the right one), open it, install it, nothing wrong happens, I get the message of sucessfull instalation but... when I go to the folder there's only 2 files there (see screenshot).
It's getting frustrating.
I'm using Windows Vista.

i have been trying for 2 days to install the portal on my new computer which uses windows 7 (like all new computers these days...) after searching this site for answers and trying to install it many different ways i figured id ask for help :)

Error 403 Upon Specifying Mall

Hi,
I left a mall and tried to specify mall to remove the mall that i am currently in. However, a error 403 appeared. Can any admin assist as i think this is an error?

Other Counters

Is it possible to put all the counters that I use for neopets in categories??
I mean all Pet lookups counters together and then counters for Pet pages and so on??
How it is now it is a bit difficult to see quickly witch status gone up.
further I like the counters and have nothing else to say for now :D

run time error 13

when i try to insert my shop front it starts with processing but soon there is a run time error 13 "type mismatch"
i tried to reinstall with the origanal installation file and with a new downloaded file...
and with the old and new files i get the same error :(..
I also tried it with a new databse but i also got the error then :(..

Portal Question...

How do I completely un-install the NM Portal? I thought I had uninstalled it a couple of days after I joined because I saw that Trojan thing and freaked out, but it's still there and it's gone wonky... I can't get it to work, so I want to un-install it completely and then re-install it but I don't know how...

Portal Problem

After inputting about 3 prices of items in the portal, it says there is a runtime error and it closes. Anyone know why?
It kind of makes me frustrated because I think it will take hours for me to input everything. :(

Counter Information

Is there a way to make the counter not acconolige your id when you enter your shop front. I have looked all over and cannot find a way to do this. I am also a member of boingdragons mall counter and that one eliminates your id when entering your shop front. Thanks in advance for your assistance in this matter!

Reset last sold date in portal.

How do you reset the last sold date in the portal? Even deleting all the sales history and all sales files doesn't clear it.
