Tad confused... Shop Counters.

So when I put &mall after all the links for the members of my mall, will it only show hits from people in the actual MALL, or will it show hits from EVERYONE that visits my shop by clicking on the mall banner? Just curious.

All of my mall members are not showing to me under the Neopets Top Shops Displaying data for: Neo Depot Mall, yet when i check their profiles, they are showing as a member. Anyone know what the problem could be so I can fix this??

I have a person linked to my mall that is no longer a mall member. they are not removing themselves and I would like to have them removed. Anyway I can do this?

Recently upgraded computer to Windows 7.
Could not get Sales Tracker Professional Edition to install.
Get error message during install.
Cannot find file
C:\users\"username"\AppData\Local\TEMP\WZSE3.TMP\\@updater.exe

Messed up Profits

The portal messed up my profits!
I started a new user thing, since im changing categories. I KNOW that I had sales of 30+k (if not more... im sure it went up to 90+ yesterday) for the past 2 days... ONE single item sold with a profit of 30k (even the portal says so)... But when I look into my sales history for the past 4 days, the highest profit it shows me is about 9k... kind of annoying... :/

as the downloaded one? Because the last time I downloaded it, I think there was a trojan virus. I didn't have any problems with my computer until I used the neomallers portal, and I don't want to download it again.

Counter not showing up on petpage or counting visits

I made a new mall page for our mall and added a counter to the petpage. The image isn't showing up or counting visitors. My mall manager moved the coding to one of his sides and added a counter (he created one) and it looks just like mine :( The counters are on the left column under the Mall News.
