Theres a typo on the Secret Avatars banner, you spelled Guild Guld. Just thought I'd give you a heads up.

Creating a new profile?

I just started a new category and I need some help trying to create a new profile.
I tried deleting my old one and then creating a new one, but I got an error.
Any idea on how to fix this?

Problem with retrieving password?

One of my mall members cannot log in because the password will not send to his email.
fartalot007 is his username (both on Neopets and on here).
I talk to him regularly, so any updates could be forwarded through me if necessary.

Belonging to 2 malls on neomallers

I am a maller in the Faerie Crew, but I manage the Shenkuu Crew. I would like to be linked to their shops in the mall section so I can see how everyone is doing. I was going to create a new account so that I could do this, but it says we can only have one neomallers account. If this is the case, can there be a way that mall managers can be apart of both their mall as well as the mall they manage? Or can I create a side neomallers account just to track this? Thanks, any help is appreciated.

Calling all expert graphic designers

I have created a couple of banners for my shop in photoshop cs4. The colour looks perfect in the program but when i save it as a .gif and upload it the colours are dull.
Does anybody know how i can make them look how they do in photoshop on the web.

Help with anchors please?

I'm trying to add the #i anchor code to my shop link. I have the < a name="#i" > (without the spaces at the ends) and I have added #i to the end of my link but for whatever reason the anchor won't work and I get directed to the top of my shop like usual. I figure my mistake is likely quite simple but I have been trying to figure it out for quite a while now.
