How to get neomallers portal?

How can i get neomallers portal? it pops up with a error saying it is not a valid Win32 app. Help!

I've definitely got some views because my shop has gotten some things bought from it. However, my shop counter still says 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 etc. Any explanation

I am trying to submit my sales hirtory into the neomallers portal and it wont let me do it? Any idea why, have tried to ctrl v and even did it by mouse but it does show up.

shop history counter wont download on a mac, any ideas how to make it work?

I recently got a mac and am still figuring out how to use it. But the little window with the downloads shows up when i click download for the sales history application and when i click it to open it, another little window pops up saying "the content of the file cannot be extracted with this program. And this program would help me out a lot so anyone with a mac or someone who knows what to do, please help =)

NeoPortal Crashing on start up

My computer got shut down without closing neoportal now when I try to go back it I get this error message when I log into my neohome/neogarden database.
Unexpected program error click to exit

Everytime I post my shop front in the second box, it say runtime error: 13 type: mismatch.

Lost password. No way to get it back

My account Happilymommied ive lost the password for it and ive sent the password to the right email many many time over the last two weeks and it has never come. And i know its the right email because it wouldnt let me make this account on that email because it was already in use..And i tried looking but couldnt find a email address to send in a complaint..what can i do?
