How to del Customer Data on Portal?

Hi all, sorry I couldnt find the answer on the site, I just had a quick question. I deleted all my sales info from portal, because I wanted to start fresh now that I feel my stock has settled since I added painting and maps to my training luck shop. Anyway. I deleted all my days of sales history, and reset my item count and sales profits, but it still shows all my customer data from the past. I enjoy using the customers feature, any chance of getting that to reset to 0 also before I start inputting data again.

Filter by Unpriced Items?

Is there any way to be able to filter your stock by unpriced items? For example, if I just submitted my shop front, and I added new items to the DB. So the "Bought @" prices are all at 0. I want to be able to filter to see these items, so I can easily update their prices, and the # to stock. Any way of doing this? =)

When I Try To Go To The Main Shops Nothing comes out then it says something about plugins i try to download then it doesnt say run only save im so confused! *unsure* *unsure* *cry* *cry*

Is there a way to copy my portal (items and all) to a new computer?

Portal getting "hung up"

My husband decided it was a good idea to wipe my computer and install Windows 7 on it, and as a result I lost my old version of the portal with my old profile stuff.
I have installed the Pro version 7.2.0 and am trying to set up my new profile. However the portal is getting "hung up" when I try to add all the pages of my shop. It skips back to the start of my shop front and just sits...and will not let me advance. I left it for several hours yesterday, with no change. Screenie attached.

Hey um i was sw codestones for my shop, not sniping but not long after i kept getting this in the tab i was sw in:
