New Version?

When i opened up my portal to update my sales and stock for today it said new version and i went to the page but i dont know what to do. Do I just redownload it? and also i downloaded the beta the other day, i'm not very tech-savy if you havent noticed lol :p so idk what i'm doing. Any help?

Emulate sales

Hello,
I just want to know what emulate sales does? I assume you need to do this for items that are priced under 1000np, and this will show them as sold then and when they were sold in the item database?
Does doing this also update money made etc in portal, and add it to my portal sales history?

adding a new database?

i am switching my category from petpets to food/drinks, is there a way i can just create a new database in the portal for food/drinks or do i have to completely erase the petpet one? and if i have to erase it then what is the easiest way to do so?

Shop layouts don't work?

Installation Issues

1. Windows XP no idea about that other info or how to find it
2. Firefox v 3.0.14
"Setup Fatal Error: Unable to generate installation log file."
Last time I tried installing the portal, I got the same error as http://www.neomallers.com/node/1917 did. I was browsing and clicked on the version 9 beta .exe and it worked, though I've never had the program, so obviously that wouldn't work :P
The program looks useful, it just has way too many issues for me to be able to figure out how to make it install.
Any suggestions?

2. Browser & Version Ex: Firefox 3.0 English, Portal Installation Ver. 8.5.0
Heyy guys. As I am a small shopowner, I became interested in monitoring my shop statistics using Neomallers, but I've run into a hitch! @_@
I don't have any other programs running (other than some antiviruses and Anti-Spyware programs), and changing the directories or names doesn't seem to do anything.
I hope this has a solution!

Portal won't open today

I cannot get into my Portal today. It starts to load but quickly comes up with the following error:
Run-time error 13
Type mismatch
I've never had a problem before. Any suggestions?
