New Shop Counter?

Hi I had my account frozen about 2 months ago and I was hoping to be able to put a shop counter in my new accounts shop. However when i go to create a new shop counter it says that I can't cause there is already one for my old account. Is there anyway that I can delete my old shop counter? I already changed my info on my neomallers account to match up with my new neopets account.

Might be a dumb question, but I'm curious

I just began to use the Portal today (for the first official time) :) I was submitting my shop front and then I went to "manage stock." Let's say I clicked on "Fire Fondue" (just an item in my db). Of course, the bottom changes to the whole "Buy at: _____ Sell at: _____ x1.5 ++ In stock: ____" etc. In the "Buy at," it says I should enter the price I bought it at since my profits would be based on this value.
