Can't Install Portal

Hi! I can't install my portal here in my PC (although it worked perfectly for my laptop)
Just want to know what's the problem. Attached are the screenies of the error messages.

New Shop Counter?

Hi I had my account frozen about 2 months ago and I was hoping to be able to put a shop counter in my new accounts shop. However when i go to create a new shop counter it says that I can't cause there is already one for my old account. Is there anyway that I can delete my old shop counter? I already changed my info on my neomallers account to match up with my new neopets account.

I just began to use the Portal today (for the first official time) :)
I was submitting my shop front and then I went to "manage stock." Let's say I clicked on "Fire Fondue" (just an item in my db). Of course, the bottom changes to the whole "Buy at: _____ Sell at: _____ x1.5 ++ In stock: ____" etc. In the "Buy at," it says I should enter the price I bought it at since my profits would be based on this value.

Specifying Mall

What's happening with the mall specification? The old list of existing malls went away and the new list doesn't work properly. If you joined a mall that was in the old list, how do you specify that mall to be included in its stats?

Hi, can't seem to find a solution to my problem...I've attached a screen shot of the error message I'm receiving when trying to start the portal (the welcome screen comes up fine).

Your NeoMallers username contains a space which cannot be used to the Counter System. Please post on the forums to have an admin

Does updating your portal change the color and setup of it? Ive seen screenshots that are different than mine.
