Portal Problems??

I have portal 9.5 and when I went to open it today it gave me this message..
Missing Files. Unable to convert database system to 6.8.1. Your probably using a database system that is very outdated or no longer recognized by Neomallers Portal.
And then it doesn't update or anything, it just X's out. =(
anybody know what is going on?

run time error?

I'm a new user and I'm having problems imputing the shop front. For one thing, I'm not sure what to copy and paste. But when I do, I get the runtime error. I have a screenie available. Then it closes automaticly when it happens.

My friend, evilgoatmonster, says he is unable to access the NeoMallers site. When he types the URL in it says he is unable to connect. Any ideas why this is happening to him?

Portal 9.5 Error

I tried posting my shop front this morning and got an error on the very first item.
Piece of a treasure map isn't even in my data base. (I don't keep track of those)
I restarted it twice and finally didn't copy and paste that item and the rest of it worked fine.
I'm using FF 3.5.7
Window Vista Home Premium
Service Pack 2
32 bit OS
The Piece of a treasure map error is attached below.
Should I just add it to my database?

Just wondering if this has been disabled.
When we use to select our mall it showed your hits counts and the page average like it does in the top shops page. At the mo it is only showing my hit counts and no page average hits

Does the total for the shop counter on neomallers show up after one day? Or do you have to wait? Because I have had almost 30 people in my shop today (I know its sad XD) and none of the numbers are going to my total.

PETPAGE COUNTER PROBLEMS

Hi, im having a really big problem with the petpage counters! I checked my page stats on neopets, and im having at least 30 views per day - highest being 80 on one day - but my counter total is only 9! Which is very strange because for this particular day, my counter is saying ive had 10 visitors, yet my overall total is only 9! My shop counter is fine so i dont understand why my petpage counters keep having this problem. Also, when i check my counter stats on neo mallers, my over total is 0!
Is anyone else having this problem?
