My dumb question for today

Neo made a change and I don't know how to adjust for it. *angry*
"ice shield" When I look it up on the wiz I get "wooden blocking shield". My Portal keeps telling me I'm out of ice shields. How do I eliminate ice shield from my data base? This should be strait forward but I just haven't taken the time to figure it out (my bad).

Hallo, ich habe ein riesen Problem und zwar funktioniert mein Counter nicht mehr, ich habe zwar den Code aber ich sehe denn Counter nicht mehr Ausserdem kann ich auch keine Grafik erstellen jedesmal gibt es beim Aktualisieren die Fehlermeldung "zuviel Anfangs-Stil" und brauche dringend Hilfe wer weiß wo ich einen funktionierenten feen-Zähler bekomme. Ich kenne mich leider nicht gut bei diesen Dingen aus

Constantly having problems loading code

every time I go to enter html into my shop or petpage I also get an error dealing with the tags or brackets and can never figure out what's wrong
for example
when I enter my counter code in the beginning tag is always flagged as incorrect...
anyone know why?

Getting strange stats

Hi everyone. I was going through my database and noticed a stat that just couldn't be right.
Red Wooden Trellis #sold 160. I know for an absolute fact I haven't sold more than 4. So I deleted the item and added it back in.
Today I find this:
Neohome Fruit Cake Launcher #sold 56 total sales 772,917 total cost 633,316 total profit 139,601
I do the math
56 sold @1000=56000 (they were bought at 300 to 500np. (I haven't change the price in months)
I use Windows Vista home premium and FF 3.5.2
I have the latest portal version, I'm pretty sure.

My Gallery Counter only shows "null" and --

What am I missing to get my gallery page counter to display properly?
I put in the counter code: img src="http://counter2.neomallers.com/yoneomama.gif?theme=default"
But all I can see on my gallery page is:
I'm kinda new at this counter stuff, so what did I do wrong or leave out?
I did ask a friend to look at the page last night after I added the new counter, and she said it worked for her and that she was my first visitor on the new counter.
But my counter info on the neomallers page shows no visitors yesterday or today. . . .

Shop front update crash

Okay, so I have the newest version of the portal dled, and I'm on XP pro, using firefox 3.5.2
I was updating my shop front, got to the end submitted and got the following error:

In case I'd copied something wrong I restarted it and went through the process again, and still same error. HALP!

As far as I know, I'm not in any NB ads, but on my counter page, it says I have one hit from NB ads :O what's up with that?

Lost half of my list on searching

Don't know if this has happened to anybody else but I can't quite figure it out. When I ask, show my low in stock and out of stock items, it only takes me through snowflake cookie on low in stock and out of stock my last item showing is snowberry delight. I know that I sold out of Tigersquash cappuchino and thornberry crepe.
