Hi everyone. i got iced and rebuilding. my new main is 5hield. ok cutting the story short im trying to make a new counter for my new main shop. but when i try to create it, it says this:
User: 5tar
Preparing to create counter...
Writing main database...
Duplicate entry '5tar' for key 1
Does this mean i have to make a new neomaller counter too get 5hield shop counter?

Perhaps a glich in the Portal?

I think I may have found a glich in the portal.
First of all I use Windows XP Professional Edition with SP3. I don't think that my internet browser matters for the glitch i found.
OK first I go to manage stock and click add and then fill out all of the spaces (item,buy at, sell at,in stock, etc.) and then click add new. Now I go looking for the item I just added in the database. Once I click on it I find this.
Buy at: 0 Sell at:0*
What!?!?!?
I think to myself...I just filled that out!
Well now when I look at the database pricing it shows up as 0 and 0.

Won't let me save...

So, I am trying to change my layout on my petpage, however, I need to keep a box of HTML in it which has my HTML for my malls banner, however, when I have that in the layout, for some reason it won't let me save my page! Does anyone know why this is happening?

Costs for portal?

Is the only way to post your costs by pasting how much of what you just bought for however much NP(confusing isn't it) in the manage stock title? Otherwise this would take a long time...

Portal Error: Run-time error '13': Type mismatch.

It was fine this morning ... however when I try to open the portal ... It gets to "Applying your settings" and then it gives me a Run-time error '13': Type mismatch. I have done a system restore. I am not sure what else to do other then to delete it and reinstall. If i reinstall will I lose my database?

Ok, I downloaded Portal 8.0, but now I don't want it.
I can't find the uninstall/delete button for it!

The updated new portal

So I logged in today, saw an update, grabbed it, and now it seems like theres nothing working. It logs into a screen with some places to type stuff but theres no home with like "submit shop front" or "sales histroy" so im annoyed because I cant undo this update and now I cant work on my shop and I only have small times every few days. Any help? maybe im missing something or maybe i need to do something the only thing i see is
updating shop stock DB to 8.x
So maybe im suppose to do something on this screen to get it to work except I have no idea what is going on lol
