How do I work with multiple databases?

I just started a second database in addition to my main one. Does anyone else use multiple databases? If I submit my sales history when I am in one database, does the information go into both? Is there a way to move from one database to another without closing the program?

Counter acting strange

My counter is acting pretty weird recently.
The numbers don't change, I don't show up in my mall counter (I tried joining a few times, but I never left my mall, and I was in there before!) and some days in my history stats show nothing at all.
Can you please take a look at this? I love the counters :D

Reset Warn Levels Issue

I'm using the Pro Version 7.2.0 of the portal, and I'm trying to reset all my items to warn me when there are less than 3 in stock. When I go to reset warn levels, after the dialogue that asks if I want to continue, I click yes, and a runtime error comes up. Then the program quits on me. You said you want screenies. I tried to attach one, not sure I did it right.
Is there a solution to this, or do I need to just change them all manually?

so i have the widget code in my shop and its been there for quite a while and working. but today i went to my shop from to view it and its not there....the code is still in my shop but i don't know whats wrong. Is anyone else having the same thing happening to them?

I'm having a problem trying to upload my avatar, once I have selected my avatar and click submit the page just seems to refresh and nothing happens. I have tried different images and I have made them under 100 x 100.

Happy Fathers Day to all you dads out there!
I have a question about the #sold part of the portal. If something sells for over 1000 np and shows up in my sales history then this number changes automatically. I also sell several items that I price at less than 1000 np. I would like to be able to manually change the number sold when I am restocking; however, when I try, the number resets to 0. Is there a way to do this, or is this something that can be added into the portal?

I was trying to use one of the premade graphics (the neopian value mall banner) because I am rubbish at making them myself. I follwed the on screen instructions to change the current name of the mall but this is not working. Does anyone have any advice?

Sudden Problem Submitting Stock

I've been using the Neomallers Portal for a couple of weeks now and it's worked great until today. I was trying to submit my shop front but when I clicked Process, the input box just scrolled back to the top, half my entered data was cut off (as you can see in the screenshot) and my shop stock wasn't process.

Trouble with the counter

So I recently added &misc to a section of my malls links to use the function. My problem is, I have seen no traffic from those links (its the notice boards, not ad boards) but I'm getting a ton of Other hits and no Misc hits... Does this mean that no one is linking from there or did I make the code wrong?
I don't see how I could have so many Other hits and no Misc hits like that...
