Sudden Problem Submitting Stock

I've been using the Neomallers Portal for a couple of weeks now and it's worked great until today. I was trying to submit my shop front but when I clicked Process, the input box just scrolled back to the top, half my entered data was cut off (as you can see in the screenshot) and my shop stock wasn't process. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it's the same problem. I submitted single page info and that works fine but when it's all of my pages (I do click the final page checkbox), it doesn't. I copied all my data to a Notepad to make sure there's nothing wrong with it but still got the same problem.

I was just about to ask about this problem too. I have no idea what happens but its extremely annoying after you've pasted 11 pages of stock and have to do it over again.

That scrollbar looks so tiny Anyways it appears that you're copying the pages all at once and then pressing the button and thus exceeding the crappy memory limit of VB6. Dmitri- I don't pile mine up like that but it still happens. I guess maybe once in a while I might accidentally do that but it happens frequently. *unsure*

Make sure you copy everything. A frequent mistake is people copy up to 2020 N and leave the P out. You MUST copy all the way to the end and include NP part too. So to check my stock, I would have to know what's on each page when it's fully stocked to see what's missing? ie) Once I have my full DB, checking stock page by page would tell me that I have 160 items out of stock.

Since once the DB is made, it will compare what you pasted to the database

Even though they'd most likely be just on another page that I can't paste? Oh my, that'll be a pain. x.x And just one final thing. How come this just happened? I had been using it to submit 7 pages of stock before and it worked great and now it crashes with 6.

Which page can you not paste? You should be able to paste every page. 1. Paste page 1 2. click process 3. Paste page 2 4. click process. ... .. .. .. paste last page check final page click process All done.

I meant I wouldn't be able to paste more than one page because I would have to go page by page so it doesn't crash. I have a DB of 400 items, I paste one page and process it, it'll tell me I have 320 items out of stock because I could only paste one page. But how will I know what's actually out of stock and not just on another page. Sorry if I'm still unclear. =/ EDIT I think I understand what you mean! Just a tad tired today. Going to try it out.

How in the heck is it saying 300 items out of stock? It's not supposed to do that [b]until[/b] you paste the final page of your stock.
