Section 1 - Getting the Core Files
Step 1 - Get the core files
Get the files by clicking on Download NeoPortal from the Sales history tracker drop down menu. We recommend choosing "Run this program from its current location" so you won't have to go through the trouble of finding the saved file on your hard drive. Please note, you must be logged in to your NeoMallers Account.
Windows Vista users should right click on the file and choose "Run as Admin" if you run into problems
Step 2 - Initiate the Installation App
Please make sure that older versions of NeoMallers are not running and that you have uninstalled previous versions before installing a core version. For un-installation instructions, click here
Note: You only need to uninstall previous versions if you're reinstalling the core (The bigger file that gives you the blue screen)
Step 3 - The Setup Process
We recommend that you install the default directory as shown below (C:\NeoMallers) Click the Computer Icon to proceed.
Note: If you get In-use Errors, simply click "Ignore"
Step 4 - That's it! Congratulations!
Note: You may also want to restart your computer if you cannot open the application after installation.
