I think you'd have to try real hard to get worse than that in main market... not to mention I pay an ad fee of 354,500 for my mall o_o I'm about to give up on this... I was upgrading to stay in my hut but what's the point of upgrading when you don't make it back lol

Also, if you are going to stick with your mall, I would request to the mall leader that they change the name of your category from magic to morphing potions (seeing how there are images of morphing potions on your button). The thing I like about stocking PBs and MPs is that you can get away with pretty decent mark-ups on some of the better sellers. Cloud pb, for example, has a 52k markup, and I can barely keep them on the shelves. If you are allowed to stock MPs, find the ones that sell well, buy lots of them, and watch the nps pour in. If you're not allowed to stock MPs, it might be time for a new mall or category

I know you won't use all these tips, and i'm sure you're familiar with most of them, but sometimes it helps to step back and remember where you came from and how you got this far. I think I'll try lowering the others and seeing what happens but I'm not sure how much help that'll really be. I'm basically getting the shaft right now. lololol indeed. and if your mall doesnt allow banners above the mall banner, theres half your problem. the other i need to see on my craptop. ie the mall, icons etc Edit: was gonna risk going online on this crapintosh but still need to log into neo - drats lol. Anyways, the nb ad is brutal murder. I killed it completely from my section of the mall since it's leads to net losses 99% of the time. As for shop banners, not having those at the top will bring most exp to the popular categories. Not being allowed to do that (having a shop banner at the top) is like a crime imo :P

Things are really slow right now. I know there are some high volume folks in your mall so it's not exposure. I'd say it's category. People are going to seek you out when pets are sick ~ you need people to need you more than that. We have similar items, you have nearly as many hits as I have right now, and your prices are about the same as mine. I am not having the cash flow issues you are. I would not participate in an NB ad if you are losing that kind of points. Like D says a GOOD top banner will help tons. I would move the counter down (It means something to you, your customers, not so much). Expand or change your category. That's all I can think of. Good luck.

Im pretty sure many roo members have banners above the mall one, you could ask your manager to be sure, or just add it and see if anyone cares :P Im pretty sure I had a couple when I was there 0:-)
