Frozen for helping!

I am SO pissed off right now. Someone hacked into my husband's account beginning of the week. They deleted his email and changed his password. I reported for him. Now they froze my whole family. The only way we are even linked if being neofriends and I have the main account and the rest of my family have subaccounts. I can not believe they would freeze my account or my children for me reporting

@ Franklinnc1980: If you didn't have your email pinned too (that they couldn't change your email without using the pin) then they can change your email to get your pin. I have everything pinned, even parts of the site that I don't use - I still have it pinned. Also, is anyone else in agreement that they should require changing your lookup to be both password AND pinned? Oh I am sorry that this happened to you! I hope you get it resolved soon. I used my Print screen function and saved the pertenant acct info that they may ask for in a word doc. They are direct screenies then from the site hopefully giving a little more crediability if this ever happens here. Just a thought for going forward when dealing with neo. Good Luck!
