Frozen for helping!

I am SO pissed off right now. Someone hacked into my husband's account beginning of the week. They deleted his email and changed his password. I reported for him. Now they froze my whole family. The only way we are even linked if being neofriends and I have the main account and the rest of my family have subaccounts. I can not believe they would freeze my account or my children for me reporting

Neo tends to freeze all accounts that use the same IP address. Several years ago neo frooze everyone in my house that was playing (my wife and my 4 daughters were playing at the time). The accounts were not hacked, neo just thought that 'someone' was playing with multiple accounts and no amount of talking to neo would get them to unfreeze the accounts. Oddly, they didn't freeze my side account (this one) which I had not logged into for months, but it had nothing in it except for JubaJubaloo613 who was just parked there since I was training my other pet (I had about 40M in battledoom items I lost). The really sad thing is that neo froze one of my daughter's friend's account who had played neo at our house while visiting. That account, too, was never unfrozen. No one played neo for quite some time after that. I started playing again a little over two years ago and my wife started again (rarely) on the side where she had some special pets parked, but the girls never played again. I have been hacked and frozen a couple times since then, but since I have premium, I have been able to get the account unfrozen. I would recommend you fill out the premium frozen form and call the premium people. They say they can't help you, but they do talk to the people at neo who can help you.

At the time I was using Chrome, but after getting my account back everyone recommended ff with noscript added, so I have switched to that now.

I was praying to come with to a wonderful email and nothing :( NOTHING :( sigh My kids or hubby still have not even heard from neopets yet. That is my worst fear of thinking all 4 accounts are the same even thou they are not. Neopets could call here and talk to all 4 of us. Each of us could tell them something about their account. I just think this is crappy that they just got freeze the whole family when really only one account needed frozen (my husband's). When I got "hacked" I was using Firefox, a Key Encrypter, Ad Block, and No Script, and pins on everything.

and Flashblock - dmitri, I didn't realize I had that already installed duh :P

I wouldn't expect a quick fix. The thing is Neopets has a priority list for members. First is the premium members because they're paying monthly and then it falls through all the regular people and there are probably a ton of reports to go through.
