The way I got it back was by using this website: http://www.bbb.org/ If you are Premium, you have been paying for a service so put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Put in your complaint either asking for accounts to be returned or for all of your Premium payments to be refunded. Total up how much you have spent in total and request that amount back - they responded and unfroze my account :). Read about the site - it's brilliant and can be used for any consumer issues really. Try to include as much info as possible about your accounts to prove that they are yours, for example, shop size, gallery size, gallery theme, pets created, pets adopted, the email address used to sign up, neofriends... BBB should be your last resort. Apparently it pisses them off so that you are more likely to get frozen again at the slightest infraction.

I wish I'd have thought of that when my account was CG'd and frozen 16 months ago. I had been paying for premium too (and found out 6 months later that they never canceled my premium service and I was still paying monthly for it AND my new account. So sorry to hear this!!! When you tried to login, does it say that you got iced for your protection? Also, just curious, since you were using FF, did you have the add-ons for no scripts and flashblock? Im just curious if they even do anything to protect us from CGs :P I think everyone has given really good advice already on how to get it back. Just try to be patient. When I got hacked a few years ago, it took them 6 weeks to return my account. Though with the CGs they seem to be doing it much quicker now... Good luck!!!
