I think the site is going to struggle a lot with such low bandwidth limits. Maybe if possible you should switch to paid hosting? you can get a semi-decent host from $5 a month
Well, i would but I am only 14. My parents would never let me do it whether i pay for it or they do. The reason is supposedly they think I quit too much and I would have the site for a while then give up on it, but if i have a free host for a while and show them I really want to do it, they might let me do it.
