Wasn't the Illusen Toy Wand from jellyneo because they got 3000 fans on facebook? I don't really like Neopets on facebook. Not that it's bad but I worry about younger kids signing up to fb just to get the Neopets benefits and then being targeted by paedophiles or something. That kind of stuff really gets to be, I don't trust fb too much.. You never know who is behind a computer screen. And what happens if you use profanity, etc or break a rule on fb and they know your Neopets username. Could that potentially get you in trouble with Neopets?? hmmmm... I think I will pass on being a fan.

Asking for people to show some consideration for others who could be offended or for younger people that may have access to the page is a responsible thing to do. I'm not saying I don't use that kind of language, but it tends to be unintentional for me. As far as I can see, there's no real reason to use it on a forum. The english language is vast. My first account many years ago got frozen on Neopets because I apparently used profanity on the boards. Mind you, I was pretty young back then and didn't swear at all. I tried contacting TNT and they didn't respond to me. Then a few years later there was an announcement about trying to retrieve accounts that had been unfairly frozen but by that stage my account was long gone. I just wouldn't want that happening again. This is the reason I rarely go on the boards anymore and refrain from even having disagreements over things on Neopets. I do agree that no one needs to be swearing but there are things you are not allowed to be discussing on Neopets that can get you a warning and potentially frozen. Some examples, I once spoke about my pregnancy and got a warning, someone in my guild spoke about their partner being ill. Saying all this about Neopets rules and regulations is making me wonder why they are even on Facebook.
