Seriously anyone using ie on neopets is asking for trouble anyway. Atleast last I knew it was about the most unsafe browser to be using. Could of changed in updates of new versions, I don't know as I don't keep track. All I can say is I only use FF & have the addons as suggested.. did not log in to any fake login.. get redirected to any outside page.. give my details to anyone, click on anything that did not have a neopets.com address at the bottom address bar as suggested here to check first So how the hell was I hit.. Maybe merge the 3 threads ;)

Apparently marymao made a new FF addon called RequestPolicy which can prevent the embedded cgs? I'm running it..not a clue if it's helping, but I haven't been cg'd at least.

Well I'm a bit paranoid seeing the amount of users "frozen for protection." If I'm frozen for protection I'm pretty sure I'm screwed since my email is from like 5-6 years ago and I don't think I can access it anymore. I don't wanna look suspicious either by changing it with all the stuff going on.... Think I should change it or leave it for now? D; I haven't been frozen, but TNT is off weekends.... hope that's not why.

Better change yours to one you can access before something does happen.
