Malling Advice? [MM or full stock? :P]

Okay, so here's my situation right now ^^ I have a little over 19mill, enough to push me into MM and have about 1mill left to still keep the NPs flowing. I'm currently considering two options, and I was hoping for some outside advice (: I have a wearables shop in Desert Crew - and am definitely more than satisfied with profits, mall situation and everything, and I do encourage anyone out there to join us :D However, we are an Island Market Mall, and even after upgrading to MM, I have no intentions to leave ^^ So in the end, my two options are: 1. Upgrade to MM and rebuild with my 1mill, then work on stock 2. Spend all that I have to stock every single buyable wearable out on the market today, and then upgrade :P (of course, I don't know if 19 mill is enough to stock them all xD, and would need an experienced maller/neopian to give me an approximation on how much this would cost me :P) So yeahh...any suggestions? ;)

Pandacat: I would get stock first then gradually upgrade because you're not in main market mall. i would say do 4 million np ads (i do, but wearables is taken~ waiting list avail) or upgrade...
