Ok here's the update and problems and possibilities on this issue. 1.) it's gonna take a while, especially with security since unlike the downloadable edition, everyone will be sharing the files on this server. Which means I gotta make sure people cant input Cookie grabbers or any other bad code designed to mess up the database server. I also have to make sure you dont accidentally paste your sales into someone else's account lol And my summer is almost over (boo hoo!) which means most of the free time i'll have will be directed towards maintaining the site's security 2.) Convenience is gonna be hard. Things like copy-to-clipboard and easy retrieval of data is going to require javascript which means, for all of you using noscript, you'll have to whitelist neomallers.com If neomallers.com's security is somehow breached, whitelisting neomallers.com will put you at a security risk. So far all the clever attempts have failed but there's no such thing as 100% security. 3.) this can be a group project, which can make development faster so i dont have to code it all. The core of it will be coded in php using mysql databases to store the data. The fancy stuff will probably use javascript. If anyone can help, let me know :P 4.) Flash is another option but i dont know anything about it so i'd have to teach myself it on-the-fly. (I did it with the counters and it only exploded maybe 20 times or something instead of 1000+) I'm guessing it's not too difficult since it's just simple math calculations and whatnot. However, people with slower computers might find this annoying (see how Neohomes 2 is so laggy, ditto with NC mall stuff) It's still definitely under consideration but letting you know of the current issues so you guys are not left in the dark
