2024-08-21 Duplicate sales date entry Issue

A temporary patch has been applied to hopefully address this issue (A more permanent fix is in the works). Unfortunately, if you are already experiencing this issue, we need to manually clear that date. The patch will now attempt to merge the conflicting entries. Please neomail dmitri_stanislaus or post on our new subreddit. That being said, it is recommended you keep a copy of your sales history for a week or so. (we are currently addressing issues with the database)

Hey guys. So i finally got around to updating the backend to a newer/supported version. Unfortunately, the old layout is not compatible so that has been shelved until it can be updated. The old platform started turning into too much of a security hazard so we had to move away. In the meantime, we're going to be chilling with a rather simple layout.

I would really appreciate getting some assistance with the web version of the portal. Ever since the layout change it is getting more and more unuseable. First it won't recognize new items I add to my database, I add them and then the next time I sync it says it's a new item and sets the In Stock to 0. The last time I synced, it randomly set the In Stock value to 0 on approximately 100 items in error. It was a nightmare trying to get it fixed. And I can't seem to post on the site or find any social media to contact someone about it. Help, please!

For some reason I can't post a new thread at all. I wanted to report this in it's own thread but I can't. When the Notify@ is set to 1, and stock is 1, the item is not shown on the Low In Stock page.

Hi! I'm super new here and have no idea how to get access to post under the proper help forum so this is the closest place to ask for help that I have access to! I'm trying to enter multiple Forgotten Shore Map Pieces, but the Portal X2 will only let me enter one in my shop stock. I have all 9 pieces in my shop stock, some priced differently, but for some reason Portal X2 will only recognize them as one piece. Is there a way around this? I'd love for my trackers to be as accurate as possible! Thank you!

@lruss108 Yes you'll need to set the last digit of your price to the piece number. So for example, piece 1 would be priced as 1001, piece 2, 1002, piece 3 = 1003. The same goes for the item name. Here's a more detailed overview of it: https://neomallers.com/node/4171

Hey, I'm not sure if you're already aware of this, but any links to forum pages from before this version of the site redirect to give Error 403. I've been noticing this for a long time (like, over a year now...) but wasn't sure if it was just me. It's getting really frustrating because I still can't update to the beta for the classic portal since it isn't available (with 6-figure pricing) from the download page, even though the page says "Portal Beta - with 6 figure pricing support" which would suggest that it's supposed to be -_- Note: The link you put in your last post also gives Error 403. EDIT: Well that's weird, I managed to get the download thread on my brand new smartphone but still can't on the laptop or PC. Strange...anyways, I got it on the phone, now to try transferring to the PC...this should be interesting, lol XD

That's bizarre. So far everything seems to be working fine on my end (even when logging out and using no account). Are you still having issues?
