Basically. We agreed id buy the 570 petpets in his shop for 500np each = 285,000NP. I only recieved 520 petpets And paid 500np for each one... So i didnt pay 285k. What is annoying is that when we have a deal, he accepted other offers that were higher ... Those lots happened to contain petpets that were worth more than 500np each and he happyilly accepted my offer of 5000np of a lot of 10 petpets that I could get for 3000 on the SW... He did give me two lots for 2,000 np though, but still Next time when you have a deal try and stick to it :)
